Bleeding in Early Pregnancy? How to Know If You’re Having a Miscarriage | Naari Care by Dr Sana
Bleeding in pregnancy? Cramping and anxious?
One of the most common questions we hear is: “How do I know if I’m having a miscarriage?”
Possible miscarriage symptoms include vaginal bleeding heavier than spotting, lower abdominal or back cramps, passing clots or tissue, severe pain, fever, dizziness, or sudden loss of pregnancy symptoms like nausea or breast tenderness.
👉 Light spotting can be normal, but heavy bleeding or severe pain is NOT and needs immediate medical attention.
At Naari Care by Dr Sana, we use timely clinical examination, early ultrasound and beta-hCG testing to assess pregnancy safely and guide you with clarity and compassion.
